Nursing is one of the most rewarding careers in the healthcare field and a Practical Nurse is a healthcare professional who practices in a variety of settings.

The Practical Nursing Program at Stenberg College is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge and skills as identified by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia. Upon successful completion of the Practical Nursing Program, graduates will be prepared to successfully complete the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Exam (CPNRE) and pursue a career in nursing in British Columbia.

Graduates will be qualified to work in hospitals, long-term care and assisted living facilities.
