Program Information:

There are many exciting career opportunities in Canada’s fast growing hospitality and tourism industry. Adventure tourism and recreation, food and beverage services, events and conferences and accommodations are just some of the hospitality sectors with great prospects. Find the training you need to enter this industry through the Hospitality Diploma and Certificate programs at Vancouver Career College.

There are three program options to choose from - the AHLA Hospitality Certificate, Hospitality Operations Diploma and the Hospitality Management Diploma. The programs cover a variety of tourism and hospitality skills. Students can study staff management, office procedures, hospitality computer systems, housekeeping management, front of house procedures and human resource management. They also obtain B.C. Food Safe and Serving It Right certificates. Finally, students of the Hospitality diploma and certificate programs gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry with a five-week practicum.

Graduates will also be certified with an American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) Diploma.
