CDI College’s Assistance in Healthcare Facilities program is designed to teach a support worker how to develop techniques and methods to provide care and support to people living in residential care and other assisted living facilities.
The program trains the student to develop the core competencies required to provide care, comfort, assistance and services to the patient. Students learn how to welcome and integrate patients in the care unit and support them in restoring their autonomy and health.
The Assistance in Health Care Facilities is offered in English (5816) in Montreal and in French (5316) in Laval, Montreal and Quebec City.
