Program Information:

The role of an Early Childhood Assistant is to provide a nurturing environment for children and that promotes their social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.

The Early Childcare Assistant certificate program at Medix School is designed to equip childcare workers with the skills, knowledge and experience for employment as assistants in day cares and early learning centres. This program is designed to provide students with an overview of the responsibilities of an early childcare assistant as well as the opportunities to develop those skills.

This program has been development and accredited by NACC and provides the foundational skills for graduates to move into an Early Childhood Education program.
