Program Information:

Professional Fitness Consultants provide safe and effective training programs to enable clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Fitness consultants begin by assessing their client’s fitness level and then are able to design exercise programs which are customized to fit an individual’s specific goals and needs.

Students of the Professional Fitness Diploma Program train to be come Certified Personal Fitness Trainers and receive hands on experience that is necessary to succeed in this growing field. Students are taught anatomy and physiology of all body systems, fitness assessment, nutrition, motivational techniques and business management.

To complete the Diploma Program, all Medix students are required to complete an externship and boot camp, which consists of a one-week, on-site assessment and training in Las Vegas, Nevada.
