The Early Childhood Education - JEE.13 program is designed for students wishing to pursue a career as an educator with young children between the ages of 0 to 12 in Quebec.
The program objective is to equip childcare workers with the valuable knowledge and skills for employment. In addition to covering early childhood development, program planning, communication and other vital topics in childcare, the program also includes the development of professional skills such as autonomy and initiative. The learning material gives a priority to concrete activities such as role playing, team work.
The program includes two work terms to expose students to real-life childcare scenarios.
