Program Information:

The Developmental Service Worker diploma program at Medix School is designed for people who are interested in working with children or adults who have developmental disabilities. This program covers a wide variety of topics including crisis intervention, psychology and behavior management

Students who wish to purse a career as a Developmental Service Worker should be understanding, patient and be able to work under psychologically difficult circumstances.

Graduates from the Developmental Service Worker program are eligible to work in areas such as Educational Assistant, Employment Support, Family Support and Integration Facilitator.
