Program Information:

The role of a personal support worker is to provide support to people who need assistance as a result of an injury, illness or aging.

The Personal Support Worker (PSW) program provides students with skills and competencies in a variety of clinical and interactive areas required for employment in the health care field.

Upon successful completion of the Personal Support Worker diploma program at Medix School, graduates can work as hospital attendants, nurse aides, personal aides, personal care attendants or home support workers.
